Chef BriaMarie
Chef BriaMarie is the heart and soul of PourMore Hospitality. With 10+ years of experience in hospitality and teaching, and 2 years of professional cooking experience, she brings a rare combination of technical skill and genuine warmth to every engagement.
Her philosophy is simple: food is love made visible. Whether she's crafting an intimate dinner for two or feeding a crowd of hundreds, every plate is prepared with the same care and intention.
Beyond the kitchen, BriaMarie is passionate about community — teaching, mentoring, and building a hospitality culture in Cincinnati that reflects the city's diversity and spirit.
