Policies
Good to Know
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Less than 72 hours — deposit is non-refundable.
Lead Time
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for chef services and 2–4 weeks for large events.
Dietary Needs
Please disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
