Return and Refund Policy

At PourMore Hospitality, customer satisfaction is important, but due to the nature of our products and services, certain items are non-refundable. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

• Ebooks: All ebook sales are final. Once purchased, digital items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• Online & In-Person Classes: All class registrations are final. No refunds or credits will be issued once payment is processed.

Events

• Private Events & Bookings: Event deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled date to avoid being charged the remaining event balance.

Bartending Products

• Physical bartending products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and verified in its original condition.

PourMore Hospitality reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
